Reminder, Valentine's Day candy is NOT an acceptable breakfast for CHILDREN. Parents, you may eat as much candy as you'd like. We're not trying to teach you math or reading tomorrow.

Thank you for stopping to see us and showing off your handstand skills! We're so proud of you and know you will represent Mitchell well!!!!
We're still collecting SOUP cans for our SOUPer Bowl SOUP drive THIS WEEK ONLY. The soup will be donated to the Mitchell Food Pantry.

The Longfellow student council is SOUPer excited to annouce a SOUPer big announcement. During SOUPer Bowl Week (Feb 5-9), we will be collecting cans of SOUP. We have a set a SOUPer big goal of 500 cans of SOUP so LET'S GO LIONS!!!

Hi Longfellow families! This year, the Student Council is selling candy grams for Valentine's Day. Candy grams are $2 each and will include Hersey's, Starbursts, Snickers, Skittles, or Reese's. If YOU wish to send an "anonymous" candy gram to your child for Valentine's Day, please fill out one of the candy gram slips that comes home with your student. If you wish to send your child a candy gram, you can send the slip back to school in an envelope with $2. Candy grams WILL NOT be accepted after February 5th due to ordering purposes. Thanks for supporting the Longfellow Student Council! Candygrams will be available for purchase at Conferences on Februrary 1st. If you need a candygram order form, please contact your child's teacher.
