At MHS, Science Rocks!


The summer of 2016 was another eventful one for the Mitchell High School Science Department with Alex Rodriguez and Haley Rust winning the Sanford Scientific Poster Competition and Hannah and Madisyn Hetland, taking 2nd place in that same competition.  Mrs. Olson, meanwhile, took first place in the faculty competition for the Sanford Scientific Poster Competition.  Additionally, she was appointed to the national Teacher Advisory Council for the National Academy of Science, Engineering, and Mathematics.
