Fifty members of the Mitchell High School and Middle School Unfiltered REALity group assemble for the Mitchell Parade of Lights Monday night, bringing their message of ending tobacco use to holiday revelers.

'Unfiltered REALity' marches in Parade of Lights

The Mitchell High School and Middle School ‘Unfiltered REALity’ group, advised by guidance counselor Traci Moore and prevention specialist Samantha Olson, marched in Mitchell’s Parade of Lights  Monday evening, December 5th.  Unfiltered REALity has been in existence for a decade-and-a-half at the middle and high school in Mitchell and their work has been critical to dropping tobacco use rates among students. The students have marched in the parade for many years, combining Christmas joy with the promise of greater health sans tobacco.
