Advanced Placement courses are classes that are offered at the Mitchell Senior High School.  Their content is sufficiently rigorous so as to meet college requirements.  At the end of the class, students take an AP exam.  If they receive a “3” or better, they will be awarded credit for the course at many universities.  The highest score possible is a 5.
